To love Latvia without changing it. This is what the Baltic Commercial Properties Project is about.
The Baltic Commercial properties, which besides a wild 27 hectares land with wooden cottage includes 9 apartments situated only a short way from Vecriga, the Old Town, was created with a precise intent: to enable its guests to discover the true charm of Latvia, its cities, its local traditions of old and its uncontaminated nature.
Visiting the countryside, you will experience a surprisingly biological diversity, a mosaic of vast forests, farmsteads, clear rivers and long stretches of pristine sandy beaches. Latvia’s ecological protection programs and pure farming make the country a natural reserve with the best environmental quality in Eastern Europe, and home to many animals that are endangered or near extinct in other countries.
Our work is borne from the admiration and sincere respect for a cultural and natural heritage of which still little is known. Our goal is to preserve it from now out-dated forms of tourism which leave little to the visitor and even less so to the region.
